The magic of photography will come alive in Photo 2. Learn new techniques on how to capture motion in ways you’ve never dreamed of and techniques for spectacular low-light & night photography. 

In this 4-week class, you will build on the skills from Photo 1 and learn how to create exceptional images only a knowledgeable photographer can make.

Topics include:

  • Manual Mode
  • Metering Modes
  • How to “pan” a moving subject and create stunning zoom bursts!
  • How to use flash outdoors
  • Using different kinds of lenses
  • How to create spectacular night and low light photography

This hands-on class will not only expand your technical abilities, but explore new types of photography to help build your visual creativity.

Class Materials: After your first class, you will receive the Power Point presentations that support each of your four class meetings.

What to Bring to class: Your digital SLR camera or fully adjustable mirrorless camera and note-taking material. After the first class, you will need a jump drive to bring in your assignments.

Meetup: All registered Photo 2 students are invited to a special Meetup – a location photo shoot offered immediately after the 4-week class. Details and directions provided in your first class.
