Callaway Gardens Nature Workshop
Nature photography at it’s best! Focus your lenses on one of the 1000 tropical butterflies in the Cecil B. Day Butterfly House at Georgia’s own Callaway Gardens. Practice your macro photography stills amongst the free-fluttering butterflies in this beautiful glass conservatory.
In addition you will catch the many varieties of azaleas and scenic vistas available at the historic Overlook Gardens.
This workshop will cover tips and field demonstrations on two of today’s most popular techniques: shooting panoramics and high dynamic range (HDR).
There will be spot field lectures and plenty of hands-on shooting. Students will be asked to bring their camera gear, including a tripod and any close-up (macro) lenses and filters they may have. In addition to the workshop fee, students will need to pay the Callaway entry fee of $18 at the gate.
